Salary: Upto 6 Lac CTC pa
Job Description:
We are seeking a professional and dynamic HR Assistant/HR Manager to join our team in Rangia. The ideal candidate will have a robust HR generalist profile with a strong background in recruitment, compliance, industrial relations (IR), payroll, and grievance handling. This role requires someone who can manage all HR functions independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Oversee compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Handle industrial relations and ensure smooth employee-management communication.
  • Manage payroll processing, including salary disbursement, deductions, and benefits administration.
  • Address employee grievances and work towards conflict resolution.
  • Maintain and update HR MIS reports regularly.
  • Ensure all HR functions are carried out in a professional and efficient manner.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in a managerial HR role, preferably in a chemical or paint factory.
  • Proven expertise in HR generalist functions, including recruitment, compliance, IR, payroll, and grievance handling.
  • Strong command over MIS and other HR software tools.
  • Well-groomed, professional, and dynamic personality with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle HR operations independently and effectively.
