Job Description

Real Estate- (Residential Flat Sales)

Experience – 4-5 Years

Location – Guwahati / Mumbai

Salary – Negotiable

Requirements-

 At least 10 years of experience in procurement and contract
management, specifically in the real estate, infrastructure and hospitality industry.
– Strong negotiation skills and
extensive knowledge of contract law.
– Excellent organizational and
leadership abilities.
– Fluent in English and Hindi;
additional regional language
skills are advantageous
– Proficient in ERP and
procurement software		  

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain
Management, Business Administration,
Law or related field. Master’s degree
preferred.
