Job Summary:
We are hiring a proactive and experienced Hub Incharge to manage day-to-day logistics operations at our e-commerce delivery hub. This role demands strong leadership and operational capabilities to manage teams, optimize workflows, and ensure efficient, timely dispatches. The ideal candidate must have previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or last-mile delivery management.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee complete operations at the assigned logistics hub including inbound and outbound flow.

Ensure timely processing and dispatch of shipments in coordination with delivery executives and backend teams.

Monitor KPIs related to TAT (Turnaround Time), NDR (Non-Delivery Reports), and reverse logistics.

Lead, supervise, and train hub staff including warehouse assistants, delivery executives, and support teams.

Maintain high standards of package handling, accuracy, and zero pilferage.

Coordinate with regional operations and transport teams for vehicle management and routing efficiency.

Ensure compliance with company safety, security, and SOP protocols at the hub.

Resolve on-ground issues including delivery delays, route deviations, customer escalations, and staff grievances.

Manage stock levels, hub inventory, returns, and documentation accurately.

Prepare daily MIS reports and share updates with regional leadership.
Candidate Profile:

Graduate with 3+ years of experience in warehouse, courier, or last-mile logistics operations.

Proven leadership abilities with hands-on experience in managing on-ground logistics staff.

Good understanding of e-commerce fulfillment processes, delivery SLAs, and hub automation tools.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Knowledge of route optimization and local area mapping is a plus.
Desirable Skills:

Proficiency in logistics tech systems like WMS, TMS, scanners, and mobile delivery apps.

Time management and conflict resolution capabilities.
