Job Description
We are looking for a Junior Engineer – Civil to join our team for real estate housing projects. As a Junior Engineer, you will play a key role in the construction of residential developments. You will assist in project planning, site supervision, quality control, and ensure that all construction activities adhere to timelines, budgets, and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities

Assist in site management and supervise day-to-day construction activities for residential housing projects

Collaborate with senior engineers and project managers to ensure the project progresses according to plan

Read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contracts

Conduct inspections, quality checks, and ensure compliance with safety regulations on-site

Help with preparation of bills of quantities (BOQ) and material planning
-
Provide technical support and resolve site-specific challenges in a timely manner

Monitor and report on the progress of work and address any delays or issues promptly

Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and workers to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion

Assist in maintaining site documentation, including work reports, material requisitions, and progress updates

Ensure adherence to environmental, health, and safety standards during construction
Qualifications and Skills Required

BE/B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering

0–3 years of experience in civil engineering, particularly in real estate or residential housing projects

Ability to read and understand construction drawings, technical specifications, and project timelines

Knowledge of construction materials, methods, and site management practices
-
Strong communication, team coordination, and problem-solving skills

Familiarity with construction management software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project)

Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently

Understanding of safety standards and regulations in the construction industry
Preferred Background

Prior internship or fieldwork experience in residential housing projects

Knowledge of structural, plumbing, and electrical systems in housing construction
