Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Marketing Manager to lead brand initiatives, product promotions, and market penetration strategies in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector. Key Responsibilities

Develop, plan, and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for new and existing FMCG products.

Lead product launches, promotional activities, and seasonal campaigns in collaboration with the sales team.

Oversee content creation, packaging design, point-of-sale materials, and communication strategies.

Manage marketing budgets and track ROI of campaigns to optimize future strategies.

Coordinate with creative agencies, media planners, and PR teams for brand execution.

Maintain brand consistency across all marketing platforms and retail outlets.

Generate reports, dashboards, and insights using analytics tools for campaign performance and growth metrics.

Qualifications and Skills Required

MBA/PGDM in Marketing or related field.

5–10 years of relevant experience in FMCG marketing or brand management.

Strong understanding of consumer behavior, retail strategies, and product life cycles.

Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, campaign management, and analytics tools.

Excellent communication, team leadership, and vendor coordination skills.

Ability to work in a high-performance, deadline-driven environment.
Preferred Background

Experience in personal care, food & beverages, household products, or OTC brands.
