Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized MIS Executive to manage and analyze data, prepare reports, and support decision-making processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data management, reporting, and proficiency in Management Information Systems (MIS). As an MIS Executive, you will work closely with various departments to gather, analyze, and present data in a meaningful way, helping to improve business performance.
Key Responsibilities

Collect, analyze, and organize data from various sources to create insightful management reports.

Develop, manage, and maintain MIS systems to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and other business metrics.

Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports for senior management, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.

Design and implement data collection processes to improve reporting accuracy and efficiency.

Work with cross-functional teams to identify data requirements and support operational and strategic goals.

Perform data validation and ensure data integrity across all reporting systems.

Assist in the automation of reports and dashboards for better business analysis.

Monitor and evaluate the performance of MIS systems and suggest improvements.

Qualifications and Skills Required

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Proven experience as an MIS Executive or in a similar data analysis role.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SQL, and other MIS tools (e.g., SAP, Power BI).
