We are hiring motivated and goal-oriented Junior Sales Executives to join leading Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) brands. Key Responsibilities

Assist in achieving sales targets by managing assigned sales territories effectively.

Develop relationships with key distributors, retail partners, and customers to maximize product availability and visibility.

Conduct market visits to ensure product placement, merchandising, and compliance with promotional activities.

Help track sales performance and provide regular updates and reports to senior sales staff.

Collaborate with the team to execute sales strategies and product launches effectively.

Assist in gathering market insights, competitor data, and customer feedback to improve sales efforts.

Ensure smooth order processing, follow-up on deliveries, and handle customer inquiries.

Qualifications and Skills Required

Bachelor’s degree in any field; MBA in Marketing or Sales is a plus.

0–2 years of experience in FMCG field sales or retail.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a proactive attitude.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.

Basic knowledge of MS Office and reporting tools.

Willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic, challenging industry.
Preferred Background

Experience or internships in FMCG sales, retail, or customer-facing roles will be an added advantage.
