Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Sr. Sales Manager to lead residential flat sales for a reputed real estate company. This role requires a deep understanding of the residential property market, leadership in managing a high-performing sales team, and strong customer engagement to drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of achieving sales targets in real estate.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive the sales strategy for residential flats and meet/exceed revenue targets

  • Manage and mentor a team of sales executives and coordinate daily operations

  • Oversee the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure

  • Conduct regular training, performance reviews, and motivation sessions for the sales team

  • Develop relationships with walk-in clients, brokers, channel partners, and investors

  • Coordinate with the marketing team for promotional campaigns, site events, and brand visibility

  • Ensure high standards of customer service and satisfaction throughout the sales journey

  • Maintain MIS, track sales funnel, and generate weekly/monthly performance reports

  • Support legal and documentation processes post-sale until handover

  • Stay updated on market trends, project comparisons, and competitor strategies

Qualifications and Skills Required

  • Graduation required; MBA in Marketing/Sales preferred

  • 5–10 years of real estate sales experience with at least 2 years in a team leadership role

  • In-depth knowledge of residential project sales and customer buying behavior

  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

  • Tech-savvy with experience in CRM tools, Excel reporting, and digital sales platforms

  • Willing to work on weekends (weekly offs on weekdays)

Preferred Background

  • Experience in mid to premium segment flat sales with reputed developers

  • Familiarity with RERA regulations, legal documentation, and customer due diligence
