Job Description
We are hiring experienced and responsible Store Managers to handle end-to-end store operations, inventory control, material handling, and team supervision in warehouse, retail, or manufacturing environments. This role is ideal for candidates with a strong background in inventory management, logistics coordination, and team leadership, ready to take charge of day-to-day operations and ensure efficiency, compliance, and cost control.
Key Responsibilities

Manage inventory inflow and outflow, stock reconciliation, and space utilization in stores or warehouses.

Supervise store staff, assign responsibilities, and monitor daily activities to ensure operational efficiency.

Maintain records of receipts, issues, and dispatches; ensure up-to-date entry in inventory management systems.

Coordinate with purchase, dispatch, accounts, and logistics departments to streamline workflows.

Implement safety protocols, housekeeping standards, and storage best practices across the store or warehouse.

Conduct cycle counts, audits, and physical stock verification at regular intervals.

Monitor slow-moving, fast-moving, and expired materials to reduce losses and optimize storage.

Prepare daily and weekly MIS reports on stock levels, inward-outward movements, and consumption trends.

Oversee timely procurement of goods, raise requisitions, and liaise with vendors as required.
Qualifications and Skills Required

Graduate in any discipline (B.Com, BBA, B.Sc, or equivalent); Diploma in Stores/Inventory Management preferred.

2 to 6 years of experience in store or warehouse management, preferably in retail, logistics, or manufacturing sectors.

Good knowledge of inventory software, ERP systems, barcode tracking, and MS Excel.

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to manage a team and coordinate with cross-functional departments.
