The Freelance Recruiter is tasked with identifying and hiring qualified candidates for various client projects. You will work independently to source talent, conduct interviews, and match candidates to job openings. This role allows for a flexible work schedule and remote opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs.
- Develop and implement recruiting strategies to find the best candidates.
- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards and social media.
- Conduct initial screening and interviews to assess candidates’ suitability.
