Job Description
We are hiring motivated and dynamic Sales Officers to support business development, customer acquisition, and revenue generation across assigned territories. As a Sales Officer, you will play a key role in building client relationships, managing daily field activities, and ensuring consistent performance aligned with sales goals. Key Responsibilities

Identify, approach, and convert potential customers through regular field visits and lead follow-ups.

Promote product awareness, explain features and benefits, and close deals effectively.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain sales-related documentation.

Meet assigned sales targets by implementing company-defined strategies.

Collaborate with distributors, dealers, and internal teams for seamless order processing and fulfillment.

Submit accurate daily/weekly reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and customer feedback.

Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and new products.

Support in organizing promotional activities, campaigns, and product demos.
Qualifications and Skills Required

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; MBA/PGDM is an advantage.

1–3 years of experience in direct or field sales preferred (FMCG, banking, consumer goods, telecom, etc.).

Freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude may also apply.

Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and persuasion skills.

Ability to work independently and handle field assignments.

Proficiency in reporting tools and mobile CRM apps is desirable.
