Job Description
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented HR Executive to support and drive key human resource functions within a growing organization. This role is ideal for professionals with a degree in BBA, BE, or MBA (HR) who are passionate about people, organizational culture, and strategic HR practices.
As an HR Executive, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver effective hiring processes, employee engagement initiatives, HR compliance, and training programs. Key Responsibilities

Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.

Maintain employee records, HR databases, and documentation in compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.

Coordinate training sessions, induction programs, and performance review cycles.

Support payroll processing and ensure accuracy in employee attendance, leaves, and benefits data.

Handle internal communication, grievance redressal, and employee relations activities.

Plan and execute employee engagement activities, team-building events, and feedback surveys.

Contribute to policy formation, HR audits, and compliance checks.

Support HR leadership in implementing organizational development initiatives and strategic workforce planning.
Required Qualifications and Skills

Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (BBA, BE with HR interest, or MBA-HR).

Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of HR experience are welcome to apply.

Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.

Good understanding of HR software tools, MS Office Suite, and labor regulations.
