Job Overview:
We are inviting applications for the position of Account Executive / Sr. Executive – Accounts to handle day-to-day accounting tasks and financial compliance responsibilities in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. This role is best suited for professionals who are detail-oriented, well-versed in accounting software, and experienced in GST, TDS, and monthly closing procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day accounting entries, voucher preparation, and documentation.

Ensure timely posting of transactions in accounting software (Tally, SAP, or similar ERP).

Handle accounts receivable and payable operations efficiently.

Prepare and maintain bank reconciliation statements regularly.

Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as GST, TDS, and other returns.

Assist in monthly closing, financial reporting, and audit preparations.

Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and reconcile discrepancies.

Support budgeting and forecasting processes as per organizational requirements.

Coordinate with internal and external auditors during financial audits.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as procurement, sales, and HR on financial matters.
Candidate Requirements:

2–6 years of relevant work experience in accounting roles.

Sound knowledge of accounting principles and practices.

Proficient in using Tally ERP, MS Excel, and other financial software.

Strong understanding of GST filing, TDS returns, and tax compliance.

Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple accounting responsibilities.

Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical abilities.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.
