Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join the finance team of a leading Real Estate Company. This role involves managing financial transactions, preparing financial reports, handling accounts payable/receivable, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. Key Responsibilities

Maintain accurate financial records for all real estate transactions, including property sales, leases, and investments.

Prepare and process accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.

Reconcile bank statements, ledgers, and financial discrepancies.

Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

Conduct financial analysis to help the company assess project profitability, investment returns, and cost control.

Ensure compliance with tax regulations and support external audits.

Handle payroll processing and statutory compliance for employees.

Monitor cash flow, budgets, and financial forecasts.

Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for accurate invoicing and payment processing.

Stay updated on real estate accounting trends, tax laws, and financial regulations.
Qualifications and Skills Required

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

2–5 years of accounting experience, preferably in the real estate or property management sector.

Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, etc.) and MS Excel.

Strong knowledge of real estate financials, including taxes, depreciation, and cost allocation.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple financial tasks.

Good understanding of property accounting practices, financial reporting, and audit processes.

Strong communication skills to interact with internal and external stakeholders.
