We are hiring a qualified and forward-thinking Civil Engineer with a degree in BE/B.Tech (Civil Engineering) to take charge of planning, designing, and executing construction and infrastructure projects from concept through to completion. As a Civil Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and supervising the execution of diverse civil construction projects. Key Responsibilities

Manage the design, development, and execution of construction projects ranging from small-scale structures to large public infrastructure.

Carry out feasibility studies and prepare blueprints in line with technical specifications and client requirements.

Estimate material requirements, labor needs, cost projections, and timelines to ensure financial and operational efficiency.

Identify risks, troubleshoot challenges, and recommend technically sound and creative solutions.

Monitor project progress, maintain schedules, and prepare regular status reports for internal and external stakeholders.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations, permits, environmental codes, and legal requirements at all times.

Collaborate with architects, contractors, clients, and government authorities for approvals and coordination.

Supervise site activities and mentor junior staff and trainees as required.

Deliver final structures, documentation, and technical files as per project standards and contractual expectations.
Required Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (BE/B.Tech) from a recognized institution.

Proven experience in civil engineering, infrastructure, or construction projects.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, STAAD Pro, or other relevant civil engineering software tools.

Strong knowledge of site layout, grading, utility systems, erosion control, and regulatory compliance.

Demonstrated experience in project planning, budgeting, and technical documentation.

Ability to assess and solve problems effectively under challenging site conditions.

Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with interpersonal and teamwork capabilities.

Knowledge of relevant local, state, and national construction regulations and safety protocols.

Willingness to work on-site, manage field operations, and travel when necessary.
