Job Description: We are seeking more than 150 dedicated Delivery Boys to handle the transportation and delivery of packages to our valued customers. This role involves ensuring timely and accurate deliveries while providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidates will be energetic, responsible, and committed to upholding the high standards of Novark Services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently transport and deliver packages to designated locations.
- Verify delivery addresses and ensure accurate delivery of packages.
- Maintain communication with the logistics team and update delivery status.
- Handle packages with care and ensure they are delivered in good condition.
- Address any delivery-related issues or customer concerns professionally.
- Follow all company protocols and safety procedures during deliveries.
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Own vehicle (mandatory; fuel expenses provided).
- Good knowledge of local roads and neighborhoods.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary: ₹13,500 per month.(negotiable for desired candidates)
- Fuel Expenses: Covered by the company.
- Mobile Recharge: Provided by the company.
- Yearly Bonus: Entitled to a performance-based bonus.
