Job Description
We are looking for a qualified and experienced Electrical Manager to lead and manage all aspects of electrical systems in industrial, commercial, or residential projects. In this leadership role, you will oversee electrical installations, ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards, and drive timely execution of electrical engineering projects. Your expertise will be instrumental in delivering high-quality, energy-efficient solutions and minimizing operational risks.
Key Responsibilities

Plan, design, and manage electrical systems for large-scale engineering projects across commercial, industrial, or residential infrastructure.

Supervise installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of all electrical equipment and control systems.

Monitor the performance of electrical contractors and ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations, statutory codes, and energy efficiency protocols.

Coordinate with project managers, architects, and civil engineers to align electrical plans with overall project goals.

Troubleshoot and resolve complex electrical issues and failures with efficiency.

Develop cost estimates, budgets, and resource plans for electrical works.

Maintain technical documentation and update system manuals, layouts, and inspection records.

Evaluate energy consumption and propose solutions for sustainable power usage.

Train and mentor electrical staff and contractors, ensuring a skilled and compliant workforce.
Qualifications and Skills Required

B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering or related field.

Minimum 5–10 years of experience in electrical design, construction, or maintenance management.

In-depth knowledge of power distribution, electrical safety codes, and industry standards.

Strong project management and team leadership skills.

Experience with tools such as AutoCAD Electrical, ETAP, or similar design software.

Strong analytical, organizational, and communication abilities.

Proven experience managing large-scale electrical installations and subcontractors.

Ability to work under pressure and solve technical problems effectively.
