Job Description
We are hiring a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Officer to support day-to-day human resources operations, from hiring and onboarding to employee relations, payroll coordination, and HR compliance. The ideal candidate will serve as a bridge between employees and management while ensuring smooth, efficient, and legally compliant HR processes.
Key Responsibilities

Assist in recruiting qualified candidates through job postings, screening, and initial interviews.

Manage onboarding processes including documentation, background checks, induction, and orientation.

Maintain and update employee records in HR databases and physical files.

Coordinate attendance, leave records, payroll inputs, and statutory compliance requirements.

Support implementation of HR policies, employee engagement activities, and performance appraisals.

Handle employee queries regarding HR policies, salaries, leave, and compliance matters.

Ensure company policies are aligned with labor laws, and assist in internal audits or inspections.

Collaborate with department heads to ensure effective manpower planning and workforce coordination.

Prepare HR reports, MIS, and documentation related to hiring, attrition, and HR metrics.

Promote a positive work culture by supporting grievance redressal and disciplinary protocols.
Qualifications and Skills Required

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

2–5 years of hands-on experience in HR operations or generalist roles.

Knowledge of labor laws, payroll processes, and HR best practices.

Proficient in MS Office, HRIS systems, and digital tools for attendance and documentation.

Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to maintain confidentiality, accuracy, and composure under pressure.

A proactive attitude towards people management and administrative coordination.
