Job Description
We are hiring talented and detail-oriented Jr. Civil Engineers to support construction operations across residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects. Key Responsibilities

Assist in site execution, monitoring daily construction activities, and ensuring adherence to design and safety standards.

Work with project engineers to interpret structural drawings, layouts, and BOQs.

Supervise subcontractor work, track material usage, and report daily progress.

Conduct quality checks on workmanship and materials as per project specifications.

Coordinate with site supervisors, architects, and vendors for smooth project implementation.

Maintain accurate records including site reports, material logs, and labor deployment.

Ensure compliance with safety protocols and local construction regulations.

Support estimation, measurement, and billing processes when required.

Assist with procurement coordination and follow-up on delivery timelines.

Communicate issues to project managers and suggest timely solutions to avoid delays.
Qualifications and Skills Required

Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.

0–2 years of experience in civil construction (freshers may also apply).

Familiarity with project site supervision, QA/QC standards, and construction methods.

Ability to read civil/structural drawings and knowledge of construction materials.

Working knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel, and basic project tracking tools.

Good communication skills and teamwork with site engineers and supervisors.

Willingness to work at construction sites in any region as per project needs.

Passion for civil engineering and hands-on exposure to field execution.
Preferred Background

Candidates from residential/commercial real estate companies, infrastructure contractors, or civil turnkey service providers.

Exposure to RCC, masonry, plastering, plumbing, or finishing works.
