Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Marketing Executive to join a fast-growing beverage company. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about brand growth, consumer engagement, and marketing strategies tailored to the FMCG beverage space. You will work closely with the marketing team to promote brand visibility, drive sales campaigns, and expand market presence.
Key Responsibilities

Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns for beverages across offline and digital channels

Conduct market research to identify customer trends, competitor activities, and sales opportunities

Coordinate with distributors, retailers, and event teams to support brand activations and promotions

Create engaging content and product messaging for advertisements, social media, and POS materials
-
Monitor campaign performance, collect data, and prepare reports on return on marketing investments

Participate in product sampling, roadshows, and branding events in target markets

Build strong relationships with media partners, promotional agencies, and influencers

Support new product launches with ATL/BTL activities and branding collaterals

Ensure alignment with brand guidelines and consistent brand messaging

Track and report competitor promotions, pricing, and merchandising strategies
Qualifications and Skills Required

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field

2–5 years of marketing experience in the FMCG or beverage sector preferred
-
Strong knowledge of consumer behavior, brand management, and digital marketing tools

Excellent communication, creativity, and organizational skills
-
Ability to travel for market visits, events, and campaign execution

Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with marketing analytics platforms
Preferred Background

Prior experience in soft drinks, health drinks, juices, or FMCG beverage categories

Hands-on knowledge of field marketing and distributor promotions
