We are looking for motivated and results-driven Sales/Marketing Executives to promote products and services for top electrical companies. This role involves developing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and executing marketing strategies to achieve growth targets. Key Responsibilities

Identify and target new customers for electrical products (e.g., switchgear, panels, cables, wiring, lighting, etc.)

Conduct B2B and B2C sales meetings with electrical contractors, builders, industrial clients, and distributors

Generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and convert prospects into confirmed sales

Execute sales presentations, technical demonstrations, and product pitches effectively

Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and report performance metrics regularly

Collaborate with the marketing team for promotional campaigns, trade fairs, and advertising

Maintain accurate records of sales data, customer feedback, and market intelligence

Assist in pricing, product selection, and customer support coordination

Build long-term business relationships through service and technical understanding

Stay up to date with product innovations, competitor activity, and market trends
Qualifications and Skills Required

Graduate in any discipline; preference for BBA/B.Tech (Electrical) or Marketing specialization

1–5 years of experience in sales or marketing roles in electrical or allied sectors

Sound knowledge of electrical industry products, market segments, and customer types
-
Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
-
Willingness to travel extensively and conduct field visits

Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital marketing basics is an advantage
Preferred Background

Experience in sales of electrical panels, transformers, cables, or lighting solutions preferred

Exposure to industrial clients, builders, and government procurement is a plus
Location
