Job Summary:
We are hiring an experienced and highly capable Project Manager to lead end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of capital and infrastructure projects within the cement manufacturing sector. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in plant engineering, industrial construction, and cross-functional project coordination.
This is a high-impact leadership role, contributing to the expansion and modernization of cement production facilities and related assets.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full lifecycle of cement plant projects – from conceptualization to commissioning.

Prepare project schedules, budgets, work plans, and resource allocation in alignment with business goals.

Coordinate with contractors, consultants, government authorities, vendors, and internal departments.

Monitor project progress using standard project management tools and techniques.

Ensure all technical specifications, safety norms, and quality standards are strictly adhered to.

Review and approve engineering drawings, civil and mechanical plans, and utility layouts.

Manage procurement, cost control, documentation, and project reporting effectively.

Resolve site execution challenges and ensure timely delivery of each phase.

Lead team reviews and project meetings with stakeholders to ensure alignment.

Ensure regulatory compliance, statutory clearances, and adherence to environmental norms.
Candidate Profile:

B.E. / B.Tech in Civil / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering from a recognized institution.

10–20 years of proven project management experience in cement, steel, power, or infrastructure sectors.

Strong command of project management methodologies (PMP certification preferred).

Excellent leadership, time management, negotiation, and communication skills.

Proficient in tools like MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD, and ERP systems.

Experience in brownfield and greenfield cement plant construction is highly desirable.
Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of cement plant machinery, kiln systems, and utilities.

Familiarity with HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) compliance in large-scale industrial projects.

Ability to manage multiple contractors and high-value capex projects simultaneously.
