Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Quality Assurance Manager to lead and oversee all aspects of quality assurance in a leading cement manufacturing company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that cement production meets industry standards and internal benchmarks of quality, strength, and sustainability. Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement robust quality assurance systems for cement manufacturing operations.

Oversee raw material testing, in-process quality checks, and final product evaluations.

Lead the standardization of lab testing procedures using BIS, ASTM, and IS codes.

Ensure strict compliance with national/international quality regulations and ISO systems.

Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality-related issues promptly.

Analyze data from physical and chemical tests to guide improvements in production processes.

Lead internal audits and facilitate external quality inspections and certifications.

Train and mentor QA/QC lab staff and ensure skill development within the team.

Maintain records of quality reports, statistical trends, and non-conformance analysis.

Review and approve specifications for cement grades, additives, and blending strategies.

Coordinate with sales and customer support teams to address client concerns and quality feedback.
Candidate Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry, Civil Engineering, Material Science, or related field.

Minimum 10–20 years of experience in QA/QC functions within the cement or similar industry.

Strong understanding of BIS/ASTM standards, ISO 9001, and cement testing protocols.

Familiarity with modern testing equipment and lab automation.

Hands-on experience in managing quality labs, audits, and certifications.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

Strong documentation and process control mindset.
Preferred Profile:

Previous experience as QA Head / Lab Manager in a cement manufacturing setup.

Exposure to Lean Six Sigma, TQM, or other quality improvement methodologies.

Capable of working across multi-plant operations and managing team productivity.
