Job Description
We are looking for a meticulous and results-driven Quality Incharge to oversee and ensure that all products, processes, and operations meet high standards of quality, safety, and compliance. This role is perfect for candidates with a background in quality control, process optimization, and regulatory adherence. As a Quality Incharge, you will monitor production activities, ensure that quality checks are followed, and lead initiatives for continuous improvement across manufacturing or operational units.
You will play a key role in developing quality standards, conducting audits, and maintaining certifications to support production teams and achieve operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities

Supervise and monitor all quality control processes and procedures to ensure compliance with internal and external standards.

Perform detailed inspections and audits of incoming materials, in-process goods, and finished products for quality and specifications.

Coordinate with production, procurement, and R&D teams to identify quality improvement opportunities and implement corrective actions.

Develop and implement test protocols, quality benchmarks, and defect tracking systems for continuous process improvement.

Maintain and monitor records for quality audits, product tests, inspection reports, and corrective action plans.

Ensure that all safety, environmental, and regulatory compliance requirements are met in the manufacturing process.

Investigate and resolve any quality-related complaints or issues, documenting root cause analysis and corrective measures.

Lead training sessions for staff on quality standards, testing procedures, and safety protocols.

Ensure that the production lines adhere to established quality, safety, and operational performance metrics.
Qualifications and Skills Required

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field.

3 to 5 years of experience in quality control or quality assurance, preferably in manufacturing, production, or process management.

Strong knowledge of quality management systems (QMS), ISO standards, and industry regulations.

Proficient in using quality control tools and software (SPC, Six Sigma, QC tools, etc.).

Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Ability to manage and lead quality teams while collaborating with cross-functional departments.
