Job Description

We are looking for experienced and dynamic Senior Sales Executives to join leading construction companies. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales of construction products, services, and solutions. You will play a key part in expanding the company’s market presence and building strong relationships with clients, contractors, and architects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets for construction products and services.

  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients, contractors, architects, and stakeholders in the construction industry.

  • Identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and convert them into long-term clients.

  • Provide consultations to clients and offer tailored solutions to meet their construction needs.

  • Conduct market research to understand trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities.

  • Manage and track sales performance, reporting to senior management regularly.

  • Support project teams in bid preparation, pricing, and negotiations.

  • Collaborate with marketing teams for promotional activities and events.

  • Ensure timely delivery of construction products, services, and technical documentation to clients.

  • Monitor industry developments and advise clients on product innovations and construction trends.

Qualifications and Skills Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; an engineering background is an added advantage.

  • 3–5 years of experience in sales within the construction, real estate, or building materials industry.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

  • In-depth understanding of the construction industry, including materials, products, and services.

  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.

  • Ability to manage client accounts and coordinate with various departments for seamless execution.

  • Proficient in MS Office, CRM tools, and sales reporting systems.

Preferred Background

  • Experience with construction equipment sales, architectural products, or construction technology solutions will be a plus.

  • Strong network within the construction industry and a good understanding of the local market.
