Job Description
We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and motivated Quality Analyst to join our team and ensure that our products and services meet the highest standards of quality. As a Quality Analyst, you will play a critical role in testing products, identifying defects, and implementing improvements to optimize processes. You will work closely with various teams to ensure the quality of deliverables and help maintain the integrity of our business operations.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct detailed product testing, identifying defects, inconsistencies, and areas for improvement.

Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure products meet quality standards.

Perform root cause analysis to identify defects and inefficiencies in processes.

Collaborate with development and production teams to improve product quality and resolve issues.

Create and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for product and system testing.

Report test results and document defects and issues for further analysis.

Monitor the quality of products and services throughout their lifecycle, ensuring adherence to standards.

Assist in the continuous improvement of processes to enhance product performance.

Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies.

Provide training and support to team members on quality assurance processes and best practices.
Qualifications and Skills Required

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Quality Analyst, Tester, or in a similar quality control role.

Strong knowledge of quality control methodologies, including testing and process improvement techniques.

Experience with testing tools (e.g., Selenium, JIRA, Quality Center).

Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.

Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Familiarity with industry standards, safety regulations, and compliance guidelines.

Knowledge of automation tools and scripting is a plus.
