Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Electrician Cum Supervisor to join our team for large-scale real estate housing projects. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing electrical installations, managing the electrical team, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and troubleshooting electrical issues on-site.
Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate all electrical work at the housing project sites

Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, wiring, and equipment in residential buildings

Lead and manage a team of electricians, ensuring quality standards and safety protocols are followed

Conduct regular inspections of electrical installations to ensure compliance with design specifications and local regulations

Troubleshoot and resolve electrical problems efficiently and safely
-
Maintain inventory of electrical materials, tools, and equipment
-
Ensure timely completion of electrical work within project deadlines

Monitor and enforce adherence to safety standards and codes of practice
-
Prepare reports on progress, issues, and solutions for project management

Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other teams to integrate electrical systems into the overall project
Qualifications and Skills Required

Diploma or ITI in Electrical Engineering or related field

5+ years of experience in electrical supervision in construction or housing projects
-
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, installation, and troubleshooting
-
Proven experience in managing a team of electricians
-
Ability to read and interpret electrical blueprints and technical documents

Familiarity with electrical safety standards, codes, and regulations

Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Preferred Background

Experience in real estate or residential housing projects

Certification in electrical safety or relevant supervisory training
