Job Description

We are seeking proactive and performance-driven Senior Sales Executives to lead growth initiatives for reputed brands in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry. This role demands a blend of strategic field execution, distributor management, and retail penetration to drive sustainable volume growth in assigned territories.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets by managing distributor and retail networks.

  • Lead and monitor field-level sales operations including beat planning, route coverage, and stock availability.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and key retail outlets.

  • Execute promotional schemes, product launches, and in-store branding activities.

  • Analyze competitor activity, gather market intelligence, and provide strategic inputs to management.

  • Prepare and submit daily sales reports, order status updates, and retail feedback.

  • Train and support junior sales staff in sales planning and execution.

  • Ensure effective product visibility and shelf-share across modern and general trade outlets.

  • Coordinate with supply chain and logistics for seamless product flow and order fulfillment.

  • Maintain compliance with company policies, market hygiene, and business ethics.

Qualifications and Skills Required

  • Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in Marketing or Sales is preferred.

  • 2–5 years of experience in FMCG field sales or distribution management.

  • Strong command over channel development, market activation, and retail engagement.

  • Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation abilities.

  • Familiarity with local markets, trade structure, and route-to-market models.

  • Working knowledge of Excel, MIS tools, and sales tracking systems.

Preferred Background

  • Prior experience in personal care, food & beverages, or household FMCG products.

  • Candidates with strong rural or semi-urban sales exposure will be preferred.

Job Location

Pan-India locations based on business requirements—covering Tier 1 cities and growth markets.
